How To Join The AFHS

1. Complete the membership application and the pedigree form

2. Print them

3. Sign them

4. Send them with your cheque/check for your registration fee and first annual subscription to:

• UK, EU and all other countries except Australia, New Zealand, Canada and USA; Mrs Jo Skelton, AFHS Secretary, 29 Hazelbury Road, Nailsea, Somerset, BS48 2JP . Cheques made payable to AFHS.

• Australia; Ms Wendy Averay, 35 Waratah Street, Seacliff, South Australia 5059; cheques made payable to AFHS.

• New Zealand; Don Cooper, 1/26 William Street, Richmond, Nelson,7002, New Zealand; cheques made payable to Don Cooper.

• Canada; Glen T Alderson,152, MacEwan Glen Drive NW, Calgary, Alberta, Canada, T3K 2G4; cheques made payable to Glen T Alderson.

• USA; Robert B Alderson, 306 McGregor Drive, Verona, PA 15147 - 3434 USA ;
  checks made payable to Robert B Alderson.

Fees from 1st January 2008:

Once you have joined the society your annual subscription fee should be sent on 1 January each year to:

• UK, EU and all other countries except Australia, New Zealand, Canada and USA:- The Treasurer, Peter Walker, Paine Flat, Belford Hall, Belford, Northumberland, NE70 7EY; made payable to AFHS.

• Australia:- Ms. Wendy Averay address as above, made payable to AFHS.

• New Zealand; Don Cooper, address as above, made payable to Don Cooper.

• Canada:- Glen T Alderson, address as above, made payable to Glen T Alderson.

• USA:- Robert B Alderson, address as above, made payable to AFHS.

All addresses are also shown in the Newsletter.

Should you wish to change your mind and not wish to join, your membership can be cancelled provided that you notify the person to whom you sent your application form within 7 days of signing the form. Send a stamped, self addressed envelope for the return of your payment.

These costs include postage and packing. If more than one copy is required it may be possible to reduce the cost depending on postage weight. Please ask the Secretary.
