New Applications for Membership

1. Complete the membership application and the pedigree form

2. Print them

3. Sign them

4. Send them with your cheque/check for your registration fee and first annual subscription fee to:

Renewal Subscriptions

Once you have joined the society your annual subscription fee should be sent on 1 January each year to:

• UK, EU and all other countries except Australia, New Zealand, Canada and USA:
   Treasurer made payable to AFHS.
   

• Australia: Ms. Wendy Averay made payable to AFHS.
   

• Canada: Glen T Alderson made payable to Glen T Alderson.
   

• New Zealand: Don Cooper made payable to Don Cooper.
   

• USA: Robert B Alderson made payable to AFHS.

Should you wish to change your mind and not wish to join, your membership can be cancelled provided that you notify the person to whom you sent your application form within 7 days of signing the form. Send a stamped, self addressed envelope for the return of your payment.
