  1. Complete the membership application and the pedigree form

  2. Print them

  3. Sign them

  4. Add up your registration fee plus first annual subscription

  5. Send the forms with your payment as indicated below

When you join, we ask for a registration fee plus an annual subscription for the current year.

Our subscription year runs from 1st January.

If you resign and join up again later, we do not request a further registration fee.

 

We review our fees and subscriptions annually at our Annual General Meeting.

Send your forms plus a cheque made payable to AFHS to:

Once you have joined the Society your subsequent annual subscriptions should be sent on 1 January each year to Wendy, cheque payable to AFHS

 

Canada

 

Send your forms plus a cheque made payable to Glen T Alderson to:

Once you have joined the Society your subsequent annual subscriptions should be sent on 1 January each year to Glen, cheque payable to Glen T Alderson

 

New Zealand

 

Send your forms plus a cheque made payable to Don Cooper to:

Once you have joined the Society your subsequent annual subscriptions should be sent on 1 January each year to Don, cheque payable to Don Cooper

 

USA

 

Send your forms plus a check made payable to Robert B Alderson to:

Once you have joined the Society your subsequent annual subscriptions should be sent on 1 January each year to Robert, check payable to Robert B Alderson.

 

UK, EU and all other countries not mentioned above

 

Send your forms plus a cheque made payable to AFHS to:

Once you have joined the Society your subsequent annual subscriptions should be sent on 1 January each year to:

Should you wish to change your mind and not wish to join, your membership can be cancelled provided that you notify the person to whom you sent your application form within 7 days of signing the form. Send a stamped, self addressed envelope for the return of your payment.

 

Back copies of newsletters (there are three a year) are available from the secretary at the following costs:

These costs include postage and packing. If more than one copy is required it may be possible to reduce the cost depending on postage weight. Please ask the Secretary.
